Qualifications

• Experience in-office in a professional environment.
• Experience in commercial real estate or as a transaction coordinator in residential CRE is a plus.
• Proficient with Adobe InDesign; Canva experience is helpful; MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Balance multiple activities and projects for multiple team members, tracking action items.
• Liaise with departments to obtain data for files and marketing materials.
• Develop pitch and presentation materials (surveys, tour books, BOVs, OMs, client deliverables).
• Edit and update marketing materials daily.
• Draft or edit documents for spelling, grammar and layout; proofreading skills required.
• Draft or edit lease and redline agreements using AIR software.
• Drafts and redline proposals, letters of intent and other communications.
