Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Understanding of core Treasury Services product sets.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

• Ability to partner with internal colleagues and external clients.
• Sound judgment in decision making and risk evaluation.
• Flexibility with working hours and use of virtual connectivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as key advisor to the client, providing advice and consultation on decision making
• Act as client’s central point of resolution and escalation for service issues
• Identify and address product/service gaps and development opportunities
• Use product knowledge to recommend enhancements and service delivery plans
• Convey complex ideas and client issues with confidence
• Educate clients on new legal/regulatory/Cyber changes and risk policies
