Join us as a Senior Client Services Coordinator at Colliers

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Client Services Coordinator to provide top-notch support to brokers and clients in our New York City office. This role involves project management, marketing, proposal creation, and client-facing support, making you a key player in our team.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing multiple activities and projects for team members, tracking action items.
  2. Participating in transaction management and due diligence processes, including entering deal sheets and supporting paperwork.
  3. Executing marketing campaigns and maintaining mailing lists.
  4. Creating and updating marketing flyers and transaction records on relevant websites.
  5. Conducting competitor research and liaising with departments for data collection.
  6. Developing market reports, comparative analyses, and client pitches.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, follow-through, and commitment to deadlines.
Additional Details:

This is an onsite role based in New York City, NY. The hourly rate ranges from $28.00 to $45.67, depending on experience and qualifications. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
