Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Client Services Analyst III to manage client relationships within the Corporate Trust division. You will handle trust-related reporting, indeture interpretation, and payment setup, serving a book of CLOs and Leverage Finance facilities.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality client service, coordinating with operations, and leading projects with minimal supervision. A background in banking operations and compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on client relationships and deliver excellent client service for a book of CLOs and Leverage Finance Facilities.
• Manage day-to-day operations and reporting with minimal supervision.
• Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
• Set up payment calculations in various in-house systems.
• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments.
• Perform quality control review of reports for timeliness and accuracy.
• Perform portfolio compliance tests on selected fixed income deals.
• Interact with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.
• Ensure excellent service delivery to Loan Clients in Corporate Trust.
• Participate in new client proposals and lead business-related projects.
• Read and interpret trust indentures for reporting requirements.
