Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Client Services Analyst III to manage client relationships within the Corporate Trust division. You will handle collateral loan obligations and Leverage Finance facilities, delivering timely reports and ensuring high standards of service.

You will engage with asset managers, investors, auditors and rating agencies, coordinating with operations to ensure accurate payments and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate to advanced regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• TranStar experience preferred.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create technical report specifications from indenture language and set up payment calculations in in-house systems.
• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data and compile monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made and perform quality control reviews.
• Lead portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals and participate in new client proposals.
