Job summary

Western Alliance Bank seeks a Client Services Analyst III to manage a book of CLOs and Leverage Finance facilities, ensuring superior client service and accurate reporting. You will handle day-to-day operations, payment calculations, data reconciliation, and audit-ready reports while coordinating with asset managers, auditors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes independent deal management, project leadership, and timely, accurate deliverables in a corporate trust setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Trust Associate III you'll be responsible for working on client relationships and ensuring excellent client service and delivery to the client base.
• You'll also be working on day-to-day operations and reporting delivery to those clients.
• Responsible for creating technical report specifications from indenture language.
• Set up payment calculations in a variety of in-house systems.
• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.
• Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards.
• Perform portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals (trade testing).
• Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.
• Responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery to a book of Loan Clients in the Corporate Trust business.
• Participate in new client proposals.
• Lead business-related projects.
• Make tax elections, file for EIN’s, and track residual holder transfers.
• Read and interpret trust indentures with regard to reporting requirements.
