Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Client Services Analyst III to manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery for a book of CLO and Leverage Finance facilities. The role involves day-to-day operations, reporting, and independent deal management, with frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• General banking operations knowledge (deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management).
• Regulatory/compliance knowledge and industry standards.

• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports.

Job Title

Client Services Analyst III

What you’ll do

As a Client Services Analyst III you'll be responsible for working on client relationships and ensuring excellent client service and delivery to the client base. You'll be assigned a book of clients that are managing Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities. You'll also be working on day-to-day operations and reporting delivery to those clients. You'll need minimal supervision for all the day-to-day activities being executed and you'll manage deals independently.

• Responsible for creating technical report specifications from indenture language.


• Set up payment calculations in a variety of in-house systems.


• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.


• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports.


• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.


• Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards.


• Perform portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals (trade testing).


• Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards.


• Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.


• Responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery to a book of Loan Clients in the Corporate Trust business.


• Participate in new client proposals. Lead business-related projects.


• Make tax elections, file for EIN’s, and track residual holder transfers. Read and interpret trust indentures with regard to reporting requirements.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of related experience or similar field.


• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.


• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.


• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.


• Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred.


• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Compensation

Hourly range for new hires is generally $83,000.00 - $90,000.00 for Boston, MA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
