Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to help modernize the client experience by delivering an elevated standard of care. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, processing requests, and guiding clients through Morgan Stanley’s digital tools.

The candidate will work with Financial Advisors to onboard clients, process accounts, and prepare plans and reports, while staying current with policies and new platforms.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) certifications.
• High School Diploma/Equivalency; College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through active communication, processing client requests and resolving inquiries.
• Identify and assist with Firm services and solutions that support clients’ needs including banking products and secure, digital offerings like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile.
• Input orders at the direction of clients and/or Financial Advisor(s) and discuss reinvestment options with clients.
• Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for client meetings; review client account alerts.
