Job summary

Clark Land Resources is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager (Right-of-Way) in Central Texas. This hybrid, full-time role combines client service leadership with advanced ROW expertise to deliver complex projects and strengthen long-term client relationships.

You will oversee title research, permitting, acquisitions, negotiations, and project management while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• IRWA SR/WA designation is required.
• TREC Easement or ROW Agent license must be valid or attainable upon hire.
• Texas and California real estate licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior-level client service leader and subject matter expert.
• Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Navigate and resolve complex situations with clients, property owners, agencies, and internal teams.
• Direct and mentor team members when applicable.
• Meet regularly with client and agency representatives.
• Support and perform marketing and business development activities.
• Maintain budgets, scopes of work, and schedules; ensure contract compliance.
• Perform title research, interpret deeds and maps, and identify risks.
• Draft regulatory and permitting applications with attention to detail and ethics.
• Conduct negotiations with property owners and support relocation plans.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
