• Client Service and Retention: Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding individual needs and spaces, provide excellent service with problem-solving focus, promote high standards for customer service, safety, and LandCare culture, coordinate between client and production teams, maintain Landscape Quality Audit process, create client proposals, contracts, recommendations and estimates, align client expectations with production realities, promote sustainable landscapes.
