Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency seeks a Client Service Executive to retain and expand a large book of business and contribute as an industry expert for the Employee Health & Benefits Division across Associates.

The role requires strategic analysis, consulting expertise and the ability to manage complex client initiatives, while developing cross-sell opportunities and leading a client service team to deliver superior outcomes.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented individual with high personal standards and hands-on work style.
• 10-15 years of service/sales experience in large client group health and welfare products/markets.
• Expert knowledge of Employee Benefits marketplace and funding designs.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to interact with C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client service and business development activities.
• Provide thought leadership and consulting for total rewards programs.
• Develop cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue within the book of business.
• Lead the client service team to meet client expectations and manage documentation.
