Job summary

WTW is seeking a Lead Associate - Client Service and Delivery in Tampa, FL. You will serve as the primary client, network, and market-facing contact for large multinational commercial clients with US operations, coordinating with the global network to service US policies.

You will gather exposure and underwriting information, negotiate terms with market partners, and guide internal teams through the binding and post-bind processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality client

Qualifications

High School Diploma and 3 years of commercial lines account management experience.
Experience with insurance agency management systems (Applied Epic or similar).
Experience reviewing exposure and underwriting information for US commercial insurance lines.
Florida Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary Client, Network, and Market-Facing contact for large multinational commercial clients with US operations.
Collaborate with Willis Americas network to process, invoice, deliver, and service US policies.
Design and present client placement proposals and manage binding process.
Support day-to-day client service including midterm changes and renewals.
Ensure regulatory and compliance documentation.
