Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure high client satisfaction by responding to general inquiries related to trade placement and settlement.
• Collaborate with internal operational and portfolio management areas to address client needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain current client documentation in accordance with policy.
• Provide creative solutions and improve client experience.
• Enforce process standards and assist in quality control checks.
• Escalate issues through the risk channel as needed.
• Act as primary escalation contact for day-to-day inquiries and resolve promptly.
• Lead process improvement initiatives within the Client Support Team.
• Participate in IT-related initiatives affecting Shareholders Services.
