Job summary

State Street is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join the Network Management team in Quincy, MA. You will support the control framework for the global Agent Bank network and help ensure regulatory alignment and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Legal, Audit, Compliance, and Risk teams, plus vendor management and continuous process improvements within a leading custody and asset servicing provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in custody, securities services, banking, financial markets, risk, compliance, operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support oversight of the global Agent Bank network and deadlines.
• Support Forum management governance, control and reporting.
• Assist annual due diligence reviews and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Legal, Audit, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, and Relationship Management teams on Network Management initiatives.
• Assist external vendor relationship management and projects.
• Respond to inquiries regarding Network Management services.
• Support strategic Network Management initiatives.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements in Network Management.
