Job summary

You will produce client reports, respond to inquiries, and partner with risk, data, and product teams to improve delivery timelines.

The role requires 5-7 years in asset management, familiarity with reporting systems, and strong MS Office skills. Hybrid work in Newark, NJ combines office days with remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client or investor deliverables with knowledge of direct lending private credit investments.
• 5-7 years of asset management experience.
• Experience with systems such as Wall Street Office, Aladdin, Vermilion.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivation and ability to work within a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or business.

Responsibilities

• Complete client reports and data for due diligence questionnaires and fund or portfolio level presentations.
• Respond to ad hoc client inquiries in a timely manner with internal teams when needed.
• Review reporting and client communication to identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
• Handle multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and service providers.
