Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential, Newark, seeks an experienced Client Reporting professional to support direct lending private credit client deliverables. You will prepare reports, respond to inquiries, and help streamline reporting in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

The role requires 5–7 years in asset management, experience with Wall Street Office, Aladdin and Vermilion, and proficiency in MS Office. A bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or business is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of asset management work experience.
• Experience with Wall Street Office, Aladdin, Vermilion or similar systems.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivation and ability to work within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and teach others.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or business.

Responsibilities

• Complete client reports and data for client due diligence questionnaires and fund/portfolio presentations.
• Respond to ad hoc client inquiries in a timely manner with internal collaboration.
• Review reporting and client communication processes to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Handle multiple tasks while meeting strict client deadlines.
• Anticipate issues that may affect reporting deadlines and mitigate risks.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and service providers.
• Keep abreast of industry initiatives and market trends impacting the business.
