Job summary

Prudential Ins Co of America, through its PGIM Client Reporting Group, seeks an Associate in Newark, NJ to focus on reporting enhancements, process improvements, and ad hoc data needs for global client reports and materials.

The role requires 4 years in asset management, experience with direct lending private credit, SQL, and familiarity with Wall Street Office/Aladdin/Vermilion. Hybrid work with three days in Newark and two remote. Competitive benefits and incentive programs available.

Qualifications

• 4 years of asset management work experience.
• Experience with direct lending private credit products.
• Proficiency with SQL and data flows.
• Familiarity with Wall Street Office, Aladdin, Vermilion.

Responsibilities

• Improve clarity and usefulness of major reporting deliverables.
• Lead initiatives to reduce cycle time via tooling or automation.
• Serve as liaison between Client Reporting and Technology groups.
• Manage competing projects and meet reporting deadlines.
• Develop relationships with internal and external partners.
• Keep abreast of industry trends affecting the business.
