Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client or investor deliverables in asset management.
• 5-7 years of asset management work experience.
• Experience with reporting systems such as Wall Street Office, Aladdin and Vermilion.

Responsibilities

• Complete client reports and data for client due diligence questionnaires and fund or portfolio level presentations, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Respond to ad hoc client inquiries and coordinate with internal groups as needed.
• Review reporting and client communication processes to identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate scheduled reporting.
• Handle multiple tasks while meeting strict client deadlines.
• Anticipate issues that may affect reporting deadlines and mitigate risks.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and service providers.
• Stay updated on industry initiatives and market trends.
