Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., seeks a client reporting professional to design, prepare and deliver reporting for institutional, retail, and advisory clients. You will support direct lending private credit reporting, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and collaborate with multiple internal teams from Newark, NJ in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client or investor deliverables, with a working knowledge of alternative products and services, including direct lending private credit investments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Complete client reports and data for client due diligence questionnaires and fund or portfolio level presentations.
• Respond to ad hoc client inquiries in a timely manner and coordinate with internal groups to improve reporting processes.
• Review reporting and communication processes to identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate scheduled reporting.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and service providers.
