Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, seeks an experienced reports professional for client deliverables related to direct lending private credit funds. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the Newark, NJ office and two days remote.

You will design, prepare and deliver portfolio reports, holdings, and client communications, collaborating with portfolio management, marketing and operations to ensure accuracy and timely submission.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client or investor deliverables, with knowledge of alternative products including direct lending private credit investments.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing or business.
• Experience with systems such as Wall Street Office, Aladdin, Vermilion, or similar systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn and teach others.

Responsibilities

• Complete client reports and data for client due diligence questionnaires and fund or portfolio presentations, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
• Respond to ad hoc client inquiries and coordinate with internal groups as needed.
• Review reporting processes to identify opportunities to improve and automate scheduled reporting.
• Handle multiple tasks while meeting strict client deadlines.
• Anticipate issues that may affect reporting deadlines and mitigate risks.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and service providers.
• Keep abreast of industry initiatives and market trends impacting the business.
