Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist II in Oklahoma City to support relationship managers and commercial banking clients. You will handle routine to moderately complex inquiries, assist with lending support, and help ensure efficient client service.

You will interact with clients, attorneys, and accountants, perform Know Your Customer and due diligence steps, develop reports, and support business development alongside lending officers, with opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree and 4 years’ banking or customer service experience.
Understanding of lending practices, documentation, and commercial credit analysis.
Proficient in Excel and Word; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Interact proactively with clients, attorneys and accountants on routine to moderately complex inquiries.
Support Commercial Lenders and business partners through report monitoring and problem-solving.
Perform Know Your Customer and due diligence for new clients and document entries.
Manage exception reports and clear outstanding items promptly.
Design, maintain spreadsheets and generate routine reports with advanced tools.
Assist lending officers in developing new lending and depository opportunities with clients.
