Job summary

BOK Financial in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist II. You will support relationship managers and commercial banking clients, handling routine to moderately complex inquiries and documentation with accuracy and professionalism.

You’ll contribute to efficient processes by monitoring reports, performing Know Your Customer and due diligence for new clients, and preparing materials for lending and deposit opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 4 years banking or customer service experience.
• Strong Excel and Word skills and ability to generate reports.
• Solid oral and written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, attorneys, and accountants on routine inquiries.
• Support Commercial Lenders with report monitoring and problem solving.
• Perform Know Your Customer and due diligence for new clients.
• Manage exception reports and processing of outstanding items.
• Prepare materials for bank product presentations with guidance.
