Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 3-5 years of commercial lending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial underwriting, loan documentation, and loan servicing requirements.
• Advanced understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Ability to sell products/services within the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare persuasive reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, network, develop new business, and cross-sell services.
• Participate in community/professional activities to expand network and develop new business.
• Partner with credit on approval, documentation, and booking processes; analyze and assess credit requests; issue loan commitments and risk ratings.
• Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, renewal reviews, financial statement analyses, collateral valuations, cash flow analysis, delinquencies, and document exceptions.
• Prepare and review reporting on asset quality, credit risk, and policy compliance; oversee wire transfers as needed.
