• Support relationship managers and commercial lenders with reporting and problem solving.
• Perform Know Your Customer and due diligence tasks for new clients.
• Manage exception reports and ensure timely clearance of outstanding items.
• Develop and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases for regular reports.
