Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent in finance/related field.
• Hands-on equity compensation experience with stock plans, RSUs, ESPPs or similar.
• Proven global relationship management experience with large enterprises.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients focused on equity compensation.
• Engage with decision-makers to deepen relationships and provide expert equity compensation guidance.
• Partner with internal and external teams to design, administer, and optimize equity plans.
• Collaborate with bankers on participant engagement and update on relationship status.
• Manage client data in Dynamics and oversee contract renewals and amendments.
• Escalate and resolve client issues ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
