Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large/jumbo client accounts (5,000+ employees) with high client satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth by building trusted relationships and spotting new opportunities.
• Maintain disciplined business development tracking including lead management and pipeline progression.
• Partner across Marsh teams to develop tailored solutions addressing client needs.
• Collaborate with Marsh consultants to develop strategic growth plans and engage senior leaders.
• Embrace AI and technology-enabled tools to enhance delivery.
