The Fay Group is seeking a Sr Client Relations Manager to oversee relationships for a portfolio of investors and drive revenue growth through retention and upsell of services. This role requires strategic thinking, strong planning, and the ability to influence across the organization.

You will develop and execute growth and retention strategies, lead client engagements, and coordinate issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 10+ years in client relationship management.
• 5+ years in mortgage servicing with knowledge of servicing processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships for a portfolio of investors with the aim of growing revenue through retention and upsell.
• Develop, execute and manage growth and retention strategies for assigned clients.
• Lead client engagement and coordinate issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide data-backed insights on portfolio performance and responses to issues.
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive results.
