The Fay Group is seeking a Sr Client Relations Manager to oversee a portfolio of investors, grow revenue through client retention and upsell, and contribute to new client acquisition through referrals.

The ideal candidate will develop data-driven strategies, lead by influence, and collaborate across teams to deliver timely insights, ensure satisfaction, and coordinate issue resolution for ongoing client success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 10+ years in client relationship management.
• 5+ years in mortgage servicing with knowledge of servicing processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical abilities.
