Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a PMO Project Manager to support the Bio-Techne Integration. This onsite role requires a strategic, detail-oriented professional with experience managing cross-functional, time-bound initiatives.

You will drive project planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams, including legal, finance, HR, IT, and commercial teams. The role demands strong stakeholder management and disciplined risk handling throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• PMI PMP or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years supporting complex programs.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets for the project.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery with cross-workstream accountability.
• Coordinate interdependencies across legal, finance, HR, IT, and commercial teams for cohesive delivery.
• Maintain an integrated master schedule across project activities.
• Prepare and present project updates and governance packs for leadership.
