Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a senior Delivery Manager to oversee a team of project managers within a value stream. You will mentor, train, and ensure delivery processes are followed, stepping in to remove obstacles and support stakeholders as needed.

You will coordinate resource allocation, monitor budgets, and help drive cross-domain collaboration to deliver complex initiatives on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of Project Delivery Experience.
• 7 years of Client Relationship Management.
• 3 years of Team Leadership and Management.
• PMI - Project Management Professional (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight to a group of project managers within a value stream.
• Support delivery of projects and ensure delivery management processes are followed.
• Provide training and mentoring to develop project managers' skills.
• Step in to remove obstacles and support stakeholder management for at-risk projects.
• Oversee hiring decisions, coaching, performance management and department operations.
