The incumbent will mentor, resolve cross-domain obstacles, and ensure effective stakeholder management. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in project delivery and client relationship management, with strong leadership and PMI credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company.
• 7 years of Project Delivery Experience
• 7 years of Client Relationship Management
• 3 years of Team Leadership and Management
• PMI - Project Management Professional (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight to a group of project managers within a value stream.
• Support delivery management processes and mentor project managers.
• Assist in stakeholder management and cross-domain coordination.
• Review budgets, allocations, risks, and change controls for projects.
• Lead lessons learned and ensure project artifacts are documented.
• Escalate issues to senior leadership and engage stakeholders as needed.
