You will traffic ads in Google Ad Manager, QA builds, and troubleshoot delivery while collaborating with Sales, Client Experience Leads, and clients to ensure campaigns run smoothly from inception to completion. You will drive AI-enabled efficiency, manage high‑value campaigns, optimize performance, and provide strategic recommendations based on data.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising operations or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager - trafficking, troubleshooting, QA.
• Experience or interest in using AI productivity tools to synthesize data and improve speed.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational oversight of campaign setup, trafficking, and billing in Google Ad Manager with internal partners.
• Oversee creation and management of complex creative/ad builds meeting specs and KPIs.
• Monitor health of high-value campaigns and collaborate with account teams to boost performance.
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in daily workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Serve as a go-to resource for teammates on operational best practices across Yahoo ad platforms.
• Coordinate with legal, billing and collections to resolve complex issues and ensure financial reconciliation.
• Use AI-augmented analysis to detect delivery anomalies and suggest optimizations to client teams.
• Replace repetitive tasks with automated or AI-assisted workflows for high-impact work.
• Lead project phases or team-wide workstreams with mentorship.
