Yahoo is seeking a Client Performance Senior Specialist to manage large-scale campaigns across Yahoo properties using Google Ad Manager. You’ll traffic, QA, and troubleshoot deliveries while aligning with sales, Client Experience Leads, and clients to ensure successful campaigns from inception to completion.

The role emphasizes AI-driven process improvements, operational best practices, and collaboration across Legal, Billing, and Financial Operations to protect revenue and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager - trafficking, troubleshooting, and QA.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI productivity tools to synthesize data and drive speed.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-value projects.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal guidance and prioritize high-impact goals.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in cross-functional environments.
• Technical proficiency with Google Workspace and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational oversight of campaign setup, trafficking, and billing in Google Ad Manager; collaborate with Brand Studios, Legal, and Financial Operations.
• Oversee creation and management of complex creative/ad builds across platforms, ensuring specs and KPIs are met.
• Monitor health of high-value brand campaigns and work with account teams to improve performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and accelerate timelines.
• Act as a key consultant for sales reps and Client Experience Leads, translating data into recommendations.
• Partner with legal, billing, and collections to resolve complex issues and ensure financial reconciliation.
• Utilize AI-augmented analysis to detect delivery anomalies or trends and suggest optimizations.
• Replace repetitive reporting tasks with automated or AI-assisted workflows for high-impact work.
• Lead project phases or team workstreams, providing operational guidance and mentorship.
