Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Client Performance Senior Specialist to manage large-scale awareness campaigns across Yahoo's properties, trafficking ads in Google Ad Manager, QA builds, and troubleshoot delivery.

You'll collaborate with sales reps, Client Experience Leads, and clients to drive performance, optimize revenue, and lead AI-enabled workflows and automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or a related field.
• Hands-on GAM trafficking, troubleshooting, and QA experience.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI productivity tools to synthesize data, improve communications, and drive operational speed.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal guidance, prioritizing high-impact goals and making sound judgments in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, specifically in a cross-functional environment involving Sales and Legal.
• Technical proficiency with Google Workspace and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GAM-based campaign setup, trafficking, and billing with internal teams.
• Create and manage complex ad builds across platforms ensuring specs and KPIs.
• Monitor high-value campaigns and partner with account teams to boost performance.
• Identify AI-driven efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and speed launches.
• Advise sales reps and Client Experience Leads with performance evaluations and recommendations.
• Coordinate with legal, billing, and collections to resolve issues and reconcile books.
• Use AI-augmented analysis to detect delivery anomalies and propose optimizations.
• Automate repetitive reporting and elevate high-impact strategic work.
• Lead project phases and mentor colleagues on operational best practices.
