You will traffic ads in Google Ad Manager, QA builds, and troubleshoot delivery while partnering with Sales, Client Experience Leads, and clients. You will own complex workstreams, implement AI-driven efficiencies, and deliver strategic recommendations to optimize performance and protect revenue.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising operations or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting.
• Interest in using AI productivity tools to synthesize data and speed operations.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high‑value projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication in cross‑functional Sales and Legal.
• Technical proficiency with Google Workspace and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational oversight of campaign setup, trafficking, and billing in Google Ad Manager.
• Oversee creation and management of complex creative/ad builds across platforms.
• Monitor health of high‑value brand campaigns and collaborate with account teams to improve performance.
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and speed launches.
• Serve as a consultant for sales reps and Client Experience Leads with data-driven recommendations.
• Coordinate with legal, billing and collections to resolve complex issues and ensure reconciliation.
• Use AI-augmented analysis to detect delivery anomalies and suggest optimizations.
• Replace repetitive tasks with automated or AI-assisted workflows.
• Lead project phases or team workstreams and mentor colleagues.
