You will drive AI-augmented workflows, optimize performance, and own complex project workstreams to improve efficiency and revenue protection in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI productivity tools to synthesize data and improve workflows.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, and billing in Google Ad Manager.
• Oversee complex creative builds across platforms to meet specs and KPIs.
• Monitor high-value campaigns and collaborate with account teams to boost performance.
• Identify AI-driven efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and speed up launches.
• Provide creative performance evaluations and strategic recommendations to sales and leads.
