Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager — trafficking, troubleshooting, and QA.
• Experience or interest in using AI productivity tools to synthesize data and speed operations.
• Extreme attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high‑value projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in cross-functional settings (Sales, Legal).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational oversight of campaign setup, trafficking, and billing in Google Ad Manager.
• Oversee creation and management of complex creative/ad builds across platforms.
• Monitor health of high-value brand campaigns and troubleshoot issues with account teams.
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in daily workflows.
• Provide creative performance evaluations to translate data into recommendations.
• Collaborate with legal, billing and collections for financial reconciliation.
• Use AI-augmented analysis to detect delivery anomalies and optimize campaigns.
• Replace repetitive tasks with automated or AI-assisted workflows.
• Lead project phases or team workstreams with mentorship.
