Sodexo seeks a Senior Client Retention Lead for North America to drive the Clients for Life program, conduct executive interviews, FreshEyes Reviews, and PostMortem Audits to turn feedback into action plans that strengthen long-term partnerships.

The role requires influencing without authority, strong data and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% while residing near a major U.S. airport. You will partner with senior stakeholders to grow account value and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years management experience.
• 7 years related experience.

• Lead client retention for North America using the Clients for Life process.
