Job summary

Partner Company in Europe seeks a Middle/Senior Unity Developer R&D to evolve a live mobile game, building gameplay systems, LiveOps features, and scalable tech. You’ll work across the full lifecycle, with emphasis on AI-assisted development and production workflows.

You’ll investigate production issues via telemetry, own architectural decisions, and drive performance across Android/iOS devices in a fast-paced, R&D oriented team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial Unity/C# experience on released mobile games.
• Proficient in Unity architecture, patterns, DI (Zenject/VContainer) and UniTask.
• Hands-on with AI agents and MCP workflows for task decomposition.
• Experience with Addressables, Asset Bundles, CDN, Remote Configs.
• Strong profiling and optimization for Android/iOS, device fragmentation handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain gameplay systems and LiveOps features.
• Integrate AI agents and automate recurring engineering tasks.
• Investigate ANRs, crashes, OOMs using telemetry and diagnostics.
• Profile and optimize Android and iOS performance.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve engineering workflows.
