Trucordia is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to lead relationship management for complex commercial accounts across locations. You will shape renewal strategies, advise clients, and collaborate with producers to grow and protect client portfolios.

Candidates should have P&C and Life & Health knowledge, active licenses, and certifications such as CIC, CRM, CPCU, plus AMS360 proficiency to maintain precise policy data.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex commercial accounts in P&C and Life & Health.
• Active insurance licenses in P&C and/or L&H.
• Strong client advisory, renewal and pricing strategy capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship management for complex multi-location commercial accounts and renewal strategy.
• Develop service plans, risk strategies, and advocate for clients with producers.
• Monitor profitability, cross-sell opportunities, and ensure AMS360 updates.
