Job summary

Trucordia, a growing insurance brokerage, is seeking a senior Insurance Account Manager to lead relationships with multi-location commercial accounts and drive profitability.

In this role, you will renew and negotiate terms, develop risk management strategies, and collaborate with producers to deliver integrated service offerings. The position requires deep knowledge of P&C and Life & Health products, plus active licenses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance account management, focused on complex commercial accounts.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty and Life & Health products, markets, and strategies; ability to build relationships with executive clients and carriers.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen with ability to manage book profitability.
• Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems.
• Active licenses in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H).
• Advanced industry certifications CIC, CRM, CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of complex commercial accounts across locations and lines.
• Develop tailored service plans and risk management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Lead client meetings, renewal strategy sessions, and coverage consultations with advocacy.
• Collaborate with producers and practice leaders to present unified service and growth plans.
• Manage renewal process from strategy to execution, including marketing, proposals, and negotiations.
