Job summary

Talentmatics is seeking an experienced Senior Client Partner / Account Head to drive strategic client relationships and business growth within the Financial Services sector. The role is located in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC and offered on a Hybrid work model.

You will lead revenue initiatives, engage CIOs and senior executives, and collaborate with delivery and pre‑sales teams to craft winning solutions across Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI/ML, Modernization, and Automation.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT services, consulting, or tech sales experience.
Proven ability to generate revenue and close large deals.
Experience selling to Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services clients.
Established BFSI network with senior executives.
Knowledge of AI/ML, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Modernization, and Automation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and close new business opportunities.
Build relationships with CIOs, CXOs, and senior business stakeholders.
Develop account strategies and expand client relationships.
Manage the sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through deal closure.
Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and global teams to develop winning solutions.
