Qualifications

• 9–12 years of experience in Commercial Banking consulting, financial-services consulting, banking transformation, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in Commercial Banking including Lending, Treasury, Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, Client Coverage, and Operations.
• Established network of senior Commercial Banking executives at large U.S. financial institutions.
• Proven success expanding client relationships, opening new buying centers, and generating revenue within existing banking accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across strategic Commercial Banking accounts.
• Expand relationships with Commercial Banking executives and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities across lending, treasury management, credit risk, client coverage, corporate banking, and operations.
• Translate client priorities into consulting, digital, data, analytics, AI, and operational transformation opportunities.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and drive revenue growth over the long term.
• Maintain trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite leaders and senior executives.
• Lead strategic discussions on growth, profitability, risk management, and digital transformation.
