Qualifications

• Senior Client Partner with deep Commercial Banking expertise and an established network of senior executives across large U.S. financial institutions.
• 9–12 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Based in the NYC metro area with ability to travel to EXL offices and client sites in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate growth within EXL's strategic commercial banking accounts by expanding relationships with Commercial Banking leaders.
• Create new revenue opportunities across Commercial Banking organizations.
• Open new buying centers and position EXL's Data, Analytics, AI, Digital, and Operations capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.
• This is a highly consultative, relationship-driven role focused on executive engagement, opportunity creation, account expansion, and long-term client partnership development.
