Job summary

Augeo Affinity Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to support account managers with execution, research, and analysis. This role ensures accurate reporting, system configuration, and client communications, delivering efficient, high-quality experiences.

You will troubleshoot operational questions, propose practical solutions, and help improve processes and client satisfaction across multiple accounts in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI and automation tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational tasks for one or more accounts and coordinate deliverables and client communication.
• Act as initial support escalation for Customer Support on designated accounts; troubleshoot issues and drive timely resolution.
• Attend client meetings and internal trainings to maintain project understanding and objectives.
• Document program processes, procedures and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve day-to-day experiences through automation.
