PIMCO, a global leader in fixed income, seeks an Internal Servicing professional to manage client servicing and relationship management for institutional clients in the CM Americas space. You will work with clients, custodians and internal teams to support portfolio events and regulatory changes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in financial services, with strong knowledge of fixed income and portfolio strategies. Located in Newport Beach, CA, on-site.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in financial services, preferably fixed income.
• Knowledge of fixed income securities and portfolio management strategies.
• Strong communication, organization and project management skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage all operational aspects of client servicing and relationship management.
• Work directly with clients, custodians and transition managers to address inquiries and facilitate portfolio events.
• Support compliance monitoring, client cash flow requests, and benchmark changes.
• Coordinate with Transitions team for new account onboardings and changes.
• Address accounting, overdraft, pricing and settlement issues with external providers.
• Lead client outreach projects related to regulatory changes and firm initiatives.
