Experian invites a Senior Program Manager, Client Operations, to guide complex client implementations and strategic programs. You will partner with banks, fintechs, and telecoms to deliver impactful solutions and outcomes.

This role supports a hybrid work model, aligning talent across hub locations to foster collaboration and long-term growth within Experian’s ecosystem.

Competenze

• BA or BS degree required.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in client-facing program management or project management.
• 5+ years' experience in Agile methodologies, integrations, APIs, transactional systems, and architecture.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude and Enterprise ChatGPT.
• Experience with financial services and credit industry is beneficial; experience with software implementations is beneficial.
• Reside in, or near the designated Collaboration Hub(s) for this role.

As the Senior Program Manager, Client Operations, for FSD, you will guide multiple complex client implementations and important strategic programs. You will partner with banks, credit unions, fintechs, and telecommunications companies—to provide impactful solutions and ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
