Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Senior Client Operations Manager to serve as the senior onsite leader for the Lancaster, Texas site. You will own full accountability for warehouse operations and client relationship management, building high-performing teams and delivering value to the client and Arvato.

You will lead hiring, performance management, and coaching; manage budgets and change proposals; and drive continuous process improvements across operations, IT, finance, and the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven years of operational or account management experience, with at least two years in a senior/lead role.
• Proven leadership capabilities across organizational levels.
• Ability to work in a demanding, problem-solving environment.
• Strong prioritization and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of technology, data center, or high-value electronics logistics environments preferred.
• Experience in customer service management/account management in a supply chain setting.
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing onsite team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and coaching.
• Serve as primary client contact and escalation point; build deep client relationships.
• Own full P&L accountability for the account; manage costs and margins; prepare estimates for changes.
• Drive day-to-day performance against SLAs; manage scheduling, review SOWs, and oversee reporting.
• Lead business review preparation and execution (MBR/QBR) and drive action closure.
• Identify and drive process improvements; coordinate projects with internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain alignment with internal stakeholders across functions; ensure no gaps.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and 5S standards onsite.
