Arvato Bertelsmann in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Senior Client Operations Manager to act as the senior on-site leader for the site. You will combine operations accountability with strong client relationship management, building and elevating teams while continuously pushing for better outcomes for the client and Arvato.

The role requires leadership in high-pressure environments, advanced Excel skills, and experience with SAP.

Formación

• B.A./B.S. or equivalent work experience.
• Seven+ years in operational or account management roles.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Experience in logistics, data center, or high-value electronics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and retain an onsite team including client services and operations staff.
• Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and coaching.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trusted relationships at all levels.
• Own full P&L accountability; monitor costs, margins, and proposals.
• Drive daily performance against SLAs and scope, including reporting.
• Lead business reviews (MBR/QBR) and ensure action closure.
• Identify and drive process improvements and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Maintain alignment across operations, finance, IT, and client functions.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and 5S standards onsite.
