Arvato Supply Chain Solutions SE - ABI in Lancaster, Texas is seeking an experienced Senior Client Operations Manager to lead on-site operations and client relationships across the site. You will drive strategy, build high-performing teams, and ensure excellence in service delivery.

The role requires proven leadership in a client-facing, fast-paced environment, strong analytical skills, and a track record of optimizing processes and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of Operational or Account Management experience, with at least two years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to interact easily with individuals at all levels and functions.
• Must be able to work in a demanding, problem-solving-oriented environment.
• Must be assertive, analytical, and able to establish priorities.
• Knowledge of technology, data center, or high-value electronics logistics environments preferred.
• Customer Service Management/Account Management experience working in a Supply Chain environment.
• Must possess the ability to function in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Good working knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team and manage hiring, onboarding, coaching.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for the client, building deep relationships.
• Own full P&L accountability for the account and manage costs against budget.
• Drive day-to-day operational performance against SLAs and manage reporting.
• Lead all business review preparation and execution (MBR/QBR).
• Identify and drive process improvement independently. Coordinate special projects with internal departments and external vendors.
• Maintain alignment with key internal stakeholders across functions.
• Uphold all safety, compliance, and 5S standards onsite.
